Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. By accessing or using the Gym OS website and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, gym owners, staff, and members who access or use the platform on behalf of a registered gym. Sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.

Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat. Gym OS provides gym-management software, including membership tracking, payment processing, check-in, class scheduling, staff management, and reporting tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque laudantium. Gym OS is offered on a subscription basis, billed in advance on a recurring schedule as described at the time of purchase.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform, subject to the notice periods described in this agreement.

Nemo enim ipsam voluptatem quia voluptas sit aspernatur aut odit aut fugit. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

Refunds, where granted, are issued at our discretion and in accordance with any applicable consumer protection law.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, and to ensure that data you enter — including member information — is accurate and that you have the right to process it.

You are responsible for the conduct of any staff accounts created under your gym's subscription.

At vero eos et accusamus et iusto odio dignissimos ducimus qui blanditiis praesentium voluptatum deleniti atque corrupti. You may not use Gym OS to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, or interfere with its normal operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these restrictions.

Et harum quidem rerum facilis est et expedita distinctio. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Temporibus autem quibusdam et aut officiis debitis aut rerum necessitatibus saepe eveniet. We may suspend or terminate your access to Gym OS if you breach these terms, with notice where circumstances reasonably allow.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive, including those relating to liability and governing law.

Itaque earum rerum hic tenetur a sapiente delectus, ut aut reiciendis voluptatibus maiores alias consequatur. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Nam libero tempore, cum soluta nobis est eligendi optio cumque nihil impedit quo minus id quod maxime placeat. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders in advance of taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
